Approach

I take a pragmatic and humanist approach to my work. That’s a fancy way of saying that I like to:

  • Clarify what matters. Identify the values and goals that emerge from lived experience—not abstract ideals. I like asking uncomfortable questions, challenging assumptions, and engaging in iterative refinement.
  • Test, not guess. Design experiments (e.g., change meeting structures, different communication styles) to see what works—and what doesn’t. Less theory, more evidence.
  • Confront reality. Find the unproductive patterns that keep us stuck (e.g., avoidance, people-pleasing, perfectionism) and replace them with new behaviors that align with our goals, values, and the future that we want.
  • Build systems. Design structures and practices that will get you where you need to be. Sustainable change is generated by systemic process—habits, patterns, and feedback loops—not sheer willpower or mere isolated action.
  • Lean into uncertainty. Expand your capacity to navigate ambiguity and complexity with resilience, antifragility, and stability.

Time-Bound Schedules

I work within set timeframes—a clear beginning and end. I’ve found that open-ended or per-session structures keep us stuck in endless cycles of why and what-if.

Time-bound work focuses our attention where it needs to be—on outcomes—by prioritizing:

  • Action over analysis. We move from theory to action, prioritizing short cycles of action, feedback, and adjustment over endless planning.
  • Progress over perfection. We emphasize forward momentum. Good-enough action now beats hypothetical perfection later.
  • Adaptation over certainty. We learn to act and respond amid uncertainty, using live feedback to refine and adjust.

Price Accessibility

I offer a low-cost option for individuals and couples whose current financial circumstances make my standard fees inaccessible. No justification needed.

My offer is rooted in trust:

  • Trust in your ability to discern what is sustainable—for both you and me.
  • Trust that you honor this offer with integrity.
  • Trust in our shared commitment to humanity.

Growth and transformation are collective endeavors—shaping our families, and communities. When we change, the world changes. To this end, I am committed to supporting those who are themselves committed to this process.
